FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RENTAL HOUSING
The purpose of this program is to stimulate the construction of new residential rental buildings in Témiscaming to address the current housing crisis.
The Town provides financial assistance to encourage the construction of new housing units. Rental housing units must be located within the application territory. Financial assistance is available until the allocated funds are exhausted, in accordance with current regulations.
