Do you want to sell your products or services or solicit donations within the territory of Témiscaming? Please note that a vendor's permit is required.
Who is concerned?
- Traveling vendors (selling outside your place of business)
- Non-profit solicitors (fundraising or selling for a cause)
How to obtain a vendor's permit?
- Contact the Director of Urban Planning and Municipal Inspector.
- Provide the necessary documents (e.g., permit from the Office of Consumer Protection and/or the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food).
- Pay the $100 fee (valid for one year).
Rules to follow
Authorized hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 7 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Sunday: Sales prohibited
Obligation: You must carry your vendor's permit at all times.
Non-compliance: Minimum fine of $300.
