Since November 1st, 2012, the Town of  Ville-Marie manages municipal offences as well offences given by the Sûreté du Québec throughout the territory of Témiscamingue. Ville-Marie is therefore acting on behalf of the municipalities through an inter-municipal agreement for the services of a procurator for the judicial part of the municipal offences.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A TICKET?

Within 30 days of receiving the statement of offence, you must either pay in full or enter a plea of not guilty.

At the counter of your financial institution

Go to the counter of your financial institution, authorized to accept payments only if they are made within 30 days of service of the statement of claim.

ENTER A PLEA OF NOT GUILTY

If you believe you have valid motives for contesting the statement of offence you have been issued, follow these steps:Cochez la case ? Non coupable ? sur le formulaire-réponse joint au constat d'infraction.
  • Check the "Not guilty" box on the reply form attached to the statement of offence.
  • Sign the reply form and legibly indicate the address to which all subsequent correspondence should be sent.
    Send your plea to Ville de Ville-Marie at 21, rue Saint-Gabriel Sud, Ville-Marie (Québec) J9V 1A1, no later than 30 days after service of the statement of offence.

You will be notified by the clerk of the Court of Québec of the place, date and time set for the trial.
