In a fun and friendly atmosphere, swimming is good for morale and significantly relaxes the mind. Swimming is also a great way to play sports while having fun.

Public swimming is an excellent activity for the whole family to enjoy. The pool welcomes parents and children with its multiple slides, diving boards and its Tarzan rope. Good time at a low cost!

The pool is at your disposal following the conditions:

NOTE: During public swimming, an adult must accompany, in the water, any kids that are less than 6 years old or that does not know how to swim. Take note that if there are less than 25 swimmers, a lane for laps will be available.
Bathing cap is mandatory.
Bathing suites must be above the knee.
The pool is closed during the summer for maintenance. It will be accessible when the sessions start at the end of August. The O'Splash is open all summer long!

Aquafitness consists of aquatic exercises to improve your fitness. Regardless of your current level of training the water, aquafitness can be very beneficial. You will strengthen your muscles and improve your fitness without subjecting your body to extra wear and you will come strengthened, refreshed and energized.
Aquafitness is for all; it strengthens the muscles without straining vulnerable joints. Training in the water provides a resistances equal to the entire range of motion. It also has positive effects on the internal organs and the lymphatic system. Indeed, the hydrostatic pressure, turbulence and the buoyancy of the water facilitates the venous return (return of blood to the heart) and lymphatic drainage. These additional benefits explain why participants feel good at the end of a class; the body is refreshed rather than physically exhausted.

Swimming Club and Pre-league
The objectives of the swimming club, a sports movement, is to help swimmers get and maintain a good physical condition. We encourage participating in competition but it is not necessary. And what not better than to have support from a trainer and other swimmers to motivate yourself and increase your pleasure with other people that has the same objectives as you. Being part of a group will motivate you and will give you the extra push you need that will make the difference. Pre-league is for kids 5 years old or older that want to do swimming competition.
Red Cross Courses
Red Cross has been offering swimming programs for more than 65 years. The program helps participants develop five basics technics: the crawl, the back crawl, the backstroke, the breaststroke and the sidestroke. Red Cross propose a program based on aquatic security and is used at a national level. It is the most recognized and respected program worldwide.
