    As the colder season approaches, the Town of Temiscaming reminds residents that portable car shelters are permitted from November 1st to April 30th. To comply with municipal bylaws, shelters must: Maintain a minimum front setback of 1 metre. Comply with the side setback requirements applicable to detached accessory buildings.
