Excerpt from By-law No. 718 concerning nuisances, public order, public peace, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages, repealing By-law No. 420

4.13 The act of throwing or depositing snow or ice originating from private property onto sidewalks, streets, alleys, yards, public grounds, public squares, lakes, or watercourses constitutes a nuisance and is prohibited.
