Extract of zoning bylaw #427, Article 19.4.9 Garage and sidewalk sales Temporary garage sales are authorized in all zones as long as it is one garage sale per year per building.  A garage sale cannot last more than 9 days.  A sign, no bigger than 1m2, can be installed on the main building or on the property lot where the garage sale is being held.  The sign must be taken down after the garage sale.
