MUNICIPAL ELECTION 2025 | CANDIDATES ELECTED BY ACCLAMATION
On October 3, at the closing of the nomination period, each of the seven municipal council seats received only one candidate. Result: all our elected officials were proclaimed elected by acclamation.
Here is the composition of the new Town Council of the Town of Temiscaming:
* Mr. Alain Gauthier - Mayor
* Mr. André Valiquette - Seat no. 1
* Ms. Marsha Kovalskie - Seat no. 2
* Mr. Bertrand Gélinas - Seat no. 3
* Ms. Carole Gagnon - Seat no. 4
* Ms. Crystal Luscombe - Seat no. 5
* Mr. Steve Bernard - Seat no. 6

Reminder: There will be no municipal vote on November 2, but residents will be required to vote for the election of the Prefects of the MRC of Temiscamingue.
