HEALTHCARE: COMPLAINTS ARE BEING DOCUMENTED
Several citizens have told us that after submitting a complaint to the CISSSAT, they received a non-admissibility notice. This is normal. During the Mayor's Message - Special Edition #1, it was agreed with the CISSSAT that all complaints related to the issues caused by this change would be collected and recorded, even if they are not formally admissible.
