KEEP YOUR ANIMALS, AS WELL AS YOUR CATS, ON YOUR PROPERTY.
Your neighbors may have chosen not to have any.
WHEN WALKING YOUR DOG, KEEP IT ON A LEASH AND PICK UP AFTER IT.
Some people may be afraid of an off-leash animal or simply do not want to walk in its feces.
