Contract Management - Publication of Contracts

We are committed to maintaining ongoing transparency in the contract management practices of the Town of Temiscaming. As such, a notice regarding publication on SEAO (Section 477.6 of the Cities and Towns Act) is always available on our website, along with a hyperlink providing access to the list of applicable contracts.

Each year, no later than March 31, we publish a list of all contracts involving expenditures of more than $2,000 entered into during the previous complete fiscal year with the same contracting party, when the total of these contracts exceeds $25,000. This list specifies, for each contract, the name of the contracting party, the amount of the consideration, and the purpose of the contract (Section 477.6 of the Cities and Towns Act).
