Are you thinking of putting out some water games for your children? Article 7.7 states that the continuous flow of water is prohibited so ensure that any game purchased or used as an on-demand system installed to avoid continuous purges of water. Article 7.8 also states that a continuous purge of water is always prohibited.
Keep in mind that this is the first official reminder of this bylaw (#594). Failure to adhere to this bylaw may results in fines. The first step if always a verbal or written warning by the persons responsible for enforcing this bylaw.
For an individual
- 200$ first infraction
- 400$ second infraction
- 800$ for all additional infractions thereafter
For companies
- 400$ first infraction
- 800$ second infraction
- 1600$ for all additional infractions thereafter
